Jeanie did an excellent job on my draperies. Great to work with!
Great customer service and quality. This is our second time using Jeanie and we couldn’t be happier with her guidance and workmanship.
DO NOT give them your debit card. Double charged for our whole stay $832 x 2, plus a week later charged an additional $232. General manager will not return calls. Called corporate and they are as bad as the hotel. Took a week to get the double charge back and I am still trying to straighten out this additional out of the blue charge. Awful, awful service! On top of that the pool was green and beds were not comfortable. Buyer beware!!!!
I have had several pieces of furniture reupholstered. They were beautiful. I also had shutters done for my large picture window. They turned out beautiful. Workers were very professional. I will always go to Towne And Country for future work.
