Great store, located near me. HORRIBLE customer service. I have went in 3 times in the past 4 years and have spent 25-30 minutes being ignored. Its rare that I leave a review if not positive but Town and Country you guys need to step your Customer service up a lot.
The team at TC did a great job love the service. Chuck is the man to go to in service and Alex was great is sales. I picked up a 2014 limited and I can’t wait to ride.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And I like the large variety of clothing.
Buyer Beware!!! They don't stand behind what they tell you. I've purchased 8 bikes over the years and this was by far my worst experience. If I could they would get 0 stars. Don't buy from them or Tecumseh HD.

A big thank you to Darryl for answering a dozen or so of my questions with total patience and for his suggestions about upgrades for my bike! As a newer female rider it can be intimidating to try and source parts and new gear, but Darryl was super friendly and took extra time with me explaining things in depth and ultimately helped me make smarter purchases.
Every time I come in I am treated amazing. Daryl makes sure all my questions are answered and my needs are met. Would highly recommend daryl and his customer service to all my friends and family!
