I have tried and tried to go back to Town and County they are very close to my house and I like to keep my Business local. Every time I do I end up disappointed. I just took my Neibor’s side by side in for service work 2016 212 miles on it (the he bought brand new here at T&C)The service department calls and says $1000 to fix it and $500 more for the 300 mile service it needs ! my husband was going to but a side by side. told sales person to write it up and he would submit it to our bank. salesman submitted it to their financing without my permission to do so, I wasn't even there. but apparently they still had my information on file because I bought there before. it is against the law to pull credit without permission. I do not recommend this place.
RecommendedLots of different fun things to ride! Everybody friendly, even tho we walked in when it was almost closing time. Fun time. ( dirty bathroom) 😏

I purchased a 2014 Tri-glide through this business. Very first thing that went wrong was I found a mouse nest in fairing within the first few days of owning mice chewed through wiring. They took no responsibility. Second they had to change the clutch claiming I was ragging on the bike. Then I have belt issues, try to get the trike into Town and Country to address belt was advised it would be at least 3 months before they could get it in. DO NOT buy a bike from this place. They are rip off artists. They used to be awsome but I don’t know if it’s new ownership or management. They lie and don’t tell you things. I bought a brand new Ultra Limited. They added 6000$ in extra stuff on the loan without asking. Then they won’t return calls and they try calling me a liar. My wife and I are both amazed at the poor service. We were both there. I called the credit union to report them and they were appalled. Called a Harley dealer who will remain unnamed and they quoted me a price of 700 dollars to install a Stage One kit on my 2019 Road King .... Town and Country gained my trust and business as their installation price was over 200 dollars less. I would highly recommend taking any maintenance issues to them before the Metro Detroit dealerships.
Bought my first bike, Kaylin was my sale rep. Strongly recommend going! They were all so welcoming & willing to answer any questions you have!
