The in house insurance is a fraud.
If i can give them a 0 star review i will This place is a joke. Not climate controlled properly. For when i moved my daughter's stuff in they had it on HEAT in May. Then came back in August to find the ceiling has caved in on her belongings. I told them i wasnt cleaning the mess up for which i spent hours dusting off my daughter's furniture in the heat. Nobody is ever on site. Doors are all broken to get in. We found a homeless man sleeping in a unit on an old dirty mattress as if it's a hotel . Plus im playing phone tag wit... read more
Town and country storage is not a safe place to leave your things.. please do not attempt to rent any of these.. I thought I was leaving my things in a safe place but found out later it wasn’t no where close to being safe.. My storage was broken into twice and they stole items that were very sentimental to me.. I added the insurance on when I first purchased a storage and they guaranteed me that I was covered, only to find out that it was all a lie..
