The process of interviewing and hiring childcare has always been a stressful subject for me, but I must say T&C do a great job of taking you (through) the steps. We worked with Cori Dobles who was great- very responsive to our needs, helpful suggestions, professional, warm and extremely easy to reach either by phone or email. Our nanny is great! – Our Temporary Nanny is great! She got there early, she was totally professional, asked all the right questions, and jumped right in with the kids who really responded positively -- they were all playing "four square" in the back yard before I'd left, and had gotten so involved with her that they barely noticed me leaving! That's exactly the kind of response you hope to get from a Nanny, and makes a parent feel like the kids are in good hands. Thanks!

Everyone was prompt and responsive – It was great! Everyone I worked with was very prompt and responsive. We had a glitch with a candidate that said she couldn't work for us on her first day because of personal issues. Joanne was right on it, offered temp services and got new candidates. We hired someone even better.

I actually slept thru the night – Thank you again for your help in locating (a Baby Nurse). She was great last night taking care of the girls. I actually slept through the night!
