Our nanny is great! – Our Temporary Nanny is great! She got there early, she was totally professional, asked all the right questions, and jumped right in with the kids who really responded positively -- they were all playing "four square" in the back yard before I'd left, and had gotten so involved with her that they barely noticed me leaving! That's exactly the kind of response you hope to get from a Nanny, and makes a parent feel like the kids are in good hands. Thanks!
Everyone was prompt and responsive – It was great! Everyone I worked with was very prompt and responsive. We had a glitch with a candidate that said she couldn't work for us on her first day because of personal issues. Joanne was right on it, offered temp services and got new candidates. We hired someone even better.
Exceeded our high expectations – The experience met and exceeded our high expectations, both in terms of the quality of candidates we interviewed and in terms of the level of service we received from Joanne.
Worth every penny – Soup to nuts, a fantastic experience worth every penny! We have the perfect nanny and feel very fortunate. Nathania is very good at what she does.
