We asked Brianne to come out to a home we’re looking to buy and to a pre appraisal for us. She was very informative and thorough! She took extra time to explain things to me and why certain things needed done. 10/10 highly recommend!
Mrs.Brianne was very professional from the start to the end of the appraisal. I was very impressed with her efficiency and asked me if I had anything to add that may of been missed
Terrible customer service. They are clueless. Our 5 car garage was listed as a 2 car. Our house style was totally wrong. Their appraisal came in at almost 1/2 of what it sold for a few weeks later. How can you blow it by nearly 250,000? I gave them 1 star because they do not have 0 stars.
