She is professional, efficient, honest, straightforward...everything you want in an agent wether you’re a buyer or seller. I’ve used her for both and am very thankful for her work ethic. Cindy is the best. She works hard on getting property sold and closed. I have used her on several properties and she always delivers best service with a friendly attitude. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding land use regulations and has subdivided lots for us, arranged septic and water permits, researched right of ways and easements, and you name it. I highly recommend her.

We decided to sell our Condo in the late fall of 2017 and listed it with Cindy. We were worried it was a slow time to sell but was satisfied with the outcome. Everything was handled so professionally. It was put on the market within a day. Was put on websites, MLS and on the sign in front of their office. I was talking to a friend about buying a house when he told me about Pat Argyle and suggested I contact her. It was the best thing that I ever did. Pat made several trips from bear lake to Ogden took help me out. She was very professional and courteous. We were able to find a house that I wanted and close in a minimal amount of time. Because of her I saved a great deal of time and was in my new home before Thanksgiving that year. Thank you Pat for all that you did for me.
