Town & Country replaced our old metal waterlines with new PEX waterlines. They beat our lowest estimate by 1,000$. Tom and Kyle arrived on time. They Placed plastic on the floors to contain the debris. Super friendly and professional and did a great job! Town & Country will be our go to plumbers from now on
Proud to finally be able to give a 5 star review for a company in the area ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (it's been years 😔) They are busy with emergency calls so there was a wait of a week for them to call me back (I asked how long I needed to wait for their callback, just to make sure they didn't blow me off, like so many plumbers, roofer, contractors in the area) the important part is they DID call me back and on time and they came out the next day. Called for garbage disposal install and a garden hose spigot it to be adjusted. Waited two and a half weeks no one showed or called other than one attempt over a week later, but he never called back after I told him he was welcome to come the next day..
Another well deserved one star review. I did a very small addition on the back of my house. The City Of St Joe told me I would not need a licensed electrical contractor. Because I wasn’t adding any lights. Then when the project was completed all of a sudden the city says I need to have a licensed electrical contractor so I hire Town And Country Electric. First of all, they never called me back to schedule an appointment. Secondly, when I called them back, they said they’d be out either Thursday or Friday. They never called or paid me a visit. Not my way of doing business.
