RecommendedWe had a small plumbing problem crop up last night that looked like it could have been a much bigger issue. I called Town and Country this morning and they said they’d get me on the schedule and let know when they were on their way. Jess called about 3:15 and said he be there in 10-15 minutes, which he was. By 4:30 he had diagnosed the problem (two issues really) and resolved it properly, cleaned up after himself (both bathrooms were spotless after he left) and packed up his truck. I am so disappointed with this company. I had a plumber come out two days ago and did nothing but put a patch onto a leaking pipe and then stated "I don't have the stuff in my van to do this. I'll have to come back tomorrow". That was Tuesday. I called the main office Wednesday afternoon and was told "All of our guys are wrapped up with other jobs" and that "they will call before they get there". Well, today is Thursday and I still haven't heard a thing from this company or any employees associated with it.

We had a frozen pipe at our house. I called your office last week and scheduled for a repair today. Will came early this morning and was great. He was friendly and fast. I couldn’t have been happier with his work.
These guys are simply awesome Mark came out and get me fixed up and back to par in no time. Recommended for any one.
