Everything with this business is exceptional except their taking of the money for our bill. What I mean by that is , we have our bill set up for automatic payment. It is to be taken on the 4th of each month but does not get taken out of the bank till the 6th, 7th, or 8th. It makes balancing the checkbook difficult... We would like the monies taken on the day it is set for...
