my first impression of this hotel was how clean it was, but after finding a bug in my bed I was grossed out and slept in a chair! I did bring it to the attention of the front desk, the gentleman proceeded to take the dead bug off the page in the hotel guide book and he told me hed let house keeping know. he then handed me the book back. he never asked me my room number!!!

Staffs are very accommodating, breakfast are delicious,healthy and surrounding is clean. Room excellent hot shower, bed is very comfortable, cleanliness is always applied, all I can say is the 5 stars, from Texas San Antonio
Thank you to the staff for helping us out today!Woke up with a flat tire and pouring rain. Staff member aired up our tire to get us on the way. We love the double king bed room, staff is nice, kids love the pool, good breakfast.
The Matt McCallie Orchestra entertained a corporate roaring '20s themed celebration in the Imperial Ballroom. The acoustics are very live. A raised stage and dance floor were provided. Guests sleep in room directly above so music should be softer after 10:pm.
