Great staff, a man on delivery and a girl in the office, polite, responsive and benevolent. Of course, if you come in with a sour face, there will be a similar answer. Peace and goodness to all! Love people!
Always rude customer service, and willing to lie to customers face in order to save from warrantying their materials or tools. The front desk lady in particular is the rudest. Not to mention the lack of knowledge on how to company is ran. My first experience no one was able to help me because the front desk lady was out sick. Very poorly ran and managed company, definitely not ran at the same standards as it originally was upon opening and the highlight years of it being a great company. 0 out of 5 star service.
Fantastic customer service! The lady and gentleman working the front office highly knowledgeable and were more than willing to answer questions. Other businesses could learn a lot from these folks!
