I am beyond appalled by the treatment my husband received when speaking to your customer service representative Michael on September 25, 2025. My husband, who happens to have an accent, was treated with outright disrespect. Despite politely spelling out the information multiple times, Michael rudely insisted the issue was with my husband’s accent, not his own lack of professionalism.
