I could not ask for a better place to take my babies. Not only do they help care for your furry friends but they also take care of you. When I had to put my dog down in October, they went above and beyond to help both me and my baby through the difficult process. Shout out to the staff who saved my dog Caliber this weekend. He was pretty sick and I thought our time together after 11 years was coming to an end. Dr. Susan was nothing short of amazing. I called this vet for the first time and they immediately told me bring my dog in for surgery without any hesitation. I was notified every step of the way and got daily updates (thank you Susan, Jeff and Victoria!) I definitely will be transferring all my dogs care to Town & Country Equine & Pet Hospital.
Dr. Shelley provided a cold laser therapy to my dog, who is a dachshund. The treatment has given him a lot more pep to his step and has allowed him to stop taking his carprofen! He hasn't been this active and agile in over 6 months! I appreciate Dr. Shelley's thoughtful and caring approach and sweet bedside manner. She's the best!
Dr Jeff is a kind thoughtful vet who cares about people and animals just the same. I took my dog in to put him to sleep. Dr Jeff let us say good bye in our own way, he listened to our stories and hugged us on the way out. the staff also paid their respects and were very kind. what a nice way to say goodbye to a pet that shared our life. All of the staff, from the moment you walk in until you walk out, are extraordinarily kind and helpful! We have been there regularly for the last few months between our puppy and our older dog’s allergies. We have never had a bad experience! They are wonderful!
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Thompson! He met us in the middle of the day Sunday and tended to our new baby that we honestly did not think would make it. He got up and bottle fed her throughout the night and when she stood up for the first time on Monday, he and Jessica were almost, more excited than we were. Thank you to Dr. Thompson, Jessica and the rest of the incredible staff, for treating our animals, like they were yours!
Thanks for letting me not Castrate my little girl on my own.. Gosh I feel so silly, but we got a good laugh off our visit today and love your clinic! Five stars!
