We had been using another carpet cleaning service for a long time, but recently switched after hearing good things. The experience was excellent from start to finish. They did a great job with a tough stain on an upholstered chair and sofa, and they also treated some old spots in a bedroom carpet that we think were left behind during construction and somehow got missed. A few days ago we had water damage in our basement, and we called for emergency carpet cleaning and drying service around midnight. The crew arrived quickly, around 1 AM, and worked for several hours to extract the water, clean the affected carpet, and start the drying process. They were very experienced, professional, and helpful the whole time. They set up 3 air movers and 3 dehumidifiers to fully dry the basement and protect the carpet and flooring. Town & Country Carpet Cleaning has helped make my home feel much cleaner and easier to live in more than once. As an animal lover with a family that deals with allergies, keeping carpets, area rugs, and upholstery fresh and low in dust is not always easy.
