Mike and Jake are the best darn deck builders east of the Mississippi, no exaggeration. I now have the flattest, most level deck I’ve ever seen. Every guest who comes over comments on how well it’s built. Their attention to detail is next level, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way with clear, consistent communication. You can tell they genuinely care about their craft and their customers. If you’re thinking about building a deck, stop looking, you just found your guys. Highly recommend.
Everyone at Town and Country are amazing! We appreciated their constant communication and professionalism throughout the building process. If we ever had a question or concern they resolved it immediately. Having the Buildertrend app was also a great tool to have all of our documents, schedule, photos and progress easily accessible.
We had a deeply frustrating experience building our home with Town & Country Builders. While they market themselves as a custom home builder, our design choices were consistently challenged. Rather than accommodating our preferences, we were often told, “this is how we typically do it.” For example, we reiterated our preferred paint choice at least five times before it was accepted—only to later discover the wrong paint had been used. Horrible craftsmanship, works harder at explaining why it’s not his problem vs taking care of the problem. Scanned my 82 year old mother out of her social security check. Had to get another plumber to come fix what he had done. Asked to help with a leak at the cutoff valve and ended up with water shooting into the wall! She had a neighbor come to tighten the valve. Toilet flushed every couple of moments. If your mother/ family member is elderly - BEWARE!!
They helped me over the phone with a problem I was having with my door. Gave me some recommendations to try. Very friendly and knowledgeable!
