I applied for one of these units and my application took about 2 weeks to be approved. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response from management. I was told they could only approve me if I put in a 30 day notice with my current apartment and then they took that back. Just overall weird communication. After waiting 2 weeks I was told that I would have to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $1450 if I wanted to move in. Pros: Great location, the management is responsive and professional, online maintenance request form and payment portal, and when there was a plumbing/drainage issue they put us up in a nearby hotel and reimbursed us 75$ a day for expenses. Cons: In my unit there were holes from the basement leading into our kitchen cabinets, and chipmunks were getting into our apartment. We notified maintenance, showed them the holes, and they wanted to know if we were leaving the front door or the windows open lol. Then finally the 'soluti... read more

We lived there for 2 years and there was nothing wrong with most of the people who live there the maintenance of the building sucks although they do get to their maintenance calls fairly quickly(2-3 days ) witch I feel is unacceptable when your dealing with sewage water backed up in your sink & bath. The appliances were really old like from 70s are stove worked OK but the oven element went out 2 different times in about a 4 month. Went without oven until maintenance came 4 days adter filling out a maintenance requeat for it.... read more
