Not the best... – From unexpected shutoffs to brown water, this company runs a monopoly and treat customers with disrespect.
Horrible customer service – Slow, unreliable service. They can't take automated payments. It's like we are kids lining up to pay for our school lunch. They'll shut you off in a heartbeat, but when it comes to turning your water back on, forget it. They don't have time. It's a monopoly and they know it. What a waste of time.
