I moved here and have had issues with people not having their dogs on a leash like the lease states, then coming to my apartment and beating on my door and calling me names and yelling and screaming at me . Already going over the managers head to corporate
I called about their availability and the lady who answered the phone is beyond rude, like she is forced to work he position. I was very interested in moving here abd always love the layout but after speaking to her i will NOT. It is vey unprofessional to say "YUP" and hang up the phone to a potential applicant. I gave 1 star reason being her profession level is a zero. I will never talk to a lead, potential applicant or my residents in that manner.
Horrible front lady desk. Very rude, unprofessional and just a plain b*tch. She seems very entitled and has no clue how to be a decent human being. Seems to get mad having to do her job, and you know she doesn’t have to do a lot of work since she’s over 400 pounds and sits there all day.
