Last month my husband and I lost our baby Gracie to cancer. I wanna thank the staff at Town and Country for the years that they cared for our Boston Terrier. Especially wanna thank Dr Matt. He has always been good to us and our babies.
I will always be grateful for the respect and love my cats (and me) have always been treated with. I especially recommend Dr. Schertz. She is great at explaining everything. She was also very patient and kind to us when we had to take our baby in to be put down. Thank you guys for everything. I picked up Trixie's ashes today, but came home with so much more, and that makes me feel good. I just wish T&C did exotic animals!
Very courteous and sympathetic. They were very supportive of my family during our time of mourning.
Took our 12 week old puppy in for shots an exam. Had dr. Matt he spent 45 minutes with us talking about Goldendoodles. Very happy with our first visit.
I had a yellow lab growing up and this is the place we always took him. When it was time to put him down, we wouldn’t have trusted anyone else but Dr. Alexander. Now that I have a dog of my own and I’m all grown up, this is still and always will be the ONLY vet I’ll trust! Dr. Alexander and Dr. Schertz are the best two and Bella loves them both!!
Love this place. Matt and his father are so good. I've had nothing but good experiences here with my fur babies....
No matter if our animals are well or sick the staff here are always wonderful, professional, and kind. We just had to put down two of our elderly dogs within a day of each other. We were devastated. The staff here understood our grief and handled our paths with dignity and grace. You cannot put a price tag on that. Thank you for all you do
I'm a little sketchy when it comes to veterinarians because of the bad experience that I had with Kruger Animal Hospital but at Town & Country I had a amazing experience for my first time going there the staff I dealt with and the veterinarian were very nice.
I really like Dr Schertz she is very caring and a great vet I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else and my dogs love her!!!
