I took my schnauzer Max for 14 years to this place. Never once did they tell me that Max had a genetic increase like all schnauzers for kidney disease. I asked them why they didn't tell me. Their response was that they don't tell the owner until the dog gets kidney disease. Don't you tell the someone that if you have an increase genetic chance of breast cancer before they get breast cancer? The doctor said yes but Max had stones in his bladder not kidney disease. Their service costs are OUTRAGEOUS. I have taken my cats to them for 4 years now. After this latest bill, time to change vets.
RecommendedDr. Schertz has been superb over the last 7yrs treating our dog and his multiple issues. We wouldn’t trust anyone else!
I want to say a big thank you to Dr. Goeckner and all staff at Town & Country. Orio’s surgery went well and they have taken such good care of my pets. Orio thanks you from the bottom of his.....well you know. LOL! Crazy Cat thanks you and so does Pumpkin, Dr. Matt and Dr. Alexander. Thank you to all the vets there for wonderful care of my fur babies.
Just want to say THANK YOU to Dr. Lindgren and staff for going above and beyond in our difficult situation with our German Shepherd, Ranger. They took such good care of him after getting hit by a small bus. They all are truly angels!
Dr Lindgren was amazing with our new puppy today! He was helping us understand all that we will need to do, gave us plenty of information, and was overly amazing with our new pup. We have always loved Town and Country, and this solidified the fact that we will be permanent customers! Thanks for helping us with Cooper!
Dr. Vita is incredible and caring. She has gone out of her way to keep us updated with our cat there overnight. I am so thankful to have my baby in their care. I highly recommend this hospital!!
Dr. Matt Bussan is the best veterinarian!!!!! He is knowledgeable and nice! He has helped us immensely with our doggies. We value his opinions and trust him 110%!!!
