They were AWESOME!! My first time there.
Very understanding and caring environment. My dog actually lay down on the blanket provided and was very relaxed and calm. Not pacing and trying to get out the door like some other places. She loved everyone there and enjoyed all the scratching and treats. Thank you for your fear free atmosphere.

Dr Ostrom is absolutely amazing. We've been taking our babies to her since we moved to Salina 11 years ago. From the front desk ladies to the groomers, everyone here is nothing short of kind, compassionate and fabulous. <3
Thank you to Dr. Ostrom and Melissa!! You guys made a terrible experience so much better. My poor chocolate lab had been throwing up and after a trip to kstate, they took the best care of my baby giving her fluids and watching her! I won’t take my animals anywhere else! Thank you thank you!!
Dr Ostrom saw my sick kitty this afternoon on short notice. She analyzed her symptoms, did an Xray and prescribed a plan of action. In just a few short hours Ali is feeling so much better!!! Thank you for your kind caring. ❤️ And they have extended hours if you need it.

Dr Bickett found cancer on my Sophie’s leg and got her into surgery the next day so I did not have to worry do a long time. He called me personally with the pathology results and Sophie is doing great!
