The vets at Town and Country are incredibly nice and understanding, and are going above and beyond to insure that every pet is taken care of, especially in this crazy time. I wouldn't recommend that anybody go anywhere else.
Dr. Bickett helped us send our old girl over the rainbow bridge yesterday. He was so patient and loving with her. He made one of the hardest things we've had to do a little easier. I teared up at the remembrance candle they put out while we were in the room with her. Fabulous staff!!
I just recently started taking my dog, Gracie to see Dr. Ostrom and she is very knowledgeable and she does so well with my Gracie. The staff and everyone makes us feel so welcomed and they are so caring. I don’t have to worry while Gracie is in their hands. I love when they make phone calls to let us know how everything is going or to follow up. It means so much to us. Tonight my son & I brought his dog there after it had been hit by a car. We new there was nothing we could do to save Fred. He was a 14 year old Shar-pei. The vet had never met Fred, my son or myself. He came and got into the backseat with Fred & Rick. He put him to sleep as my son held him. What a great guy!!! Thank you so much!!!!!
