Staying here for 1 and half years. The community is beautiful as well as the apartments. Nearby to many local shops and great maintenance services. They also have some drink and snack treats frequently at the clubhouse. But there are issues of parking sometimes. Does get a free spot all the time. And even some community gates do not open with our home keys.
Love the community so much!!! Laura made my whole move in process so easy. She is sweet and very knowledgeable!!! This place is amazing definitely recommend living here!!!
ROACHES AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. BEWARE OF RENTING IN BUILDING 5. We moved in late November and had to leave after only 4 months due to a german roach infestation. The management was extremely dismissive and negligent throughout this entire ordeal and as of writing this review, building 5 still has roaches in it. We were seeing around 5+ per week when we left. Would not recommend at all, even if they get rid of the roaches you'll still have to worry about management being negligent with other serious issues potentially... read more
