I was helping my son with his relocation efforts moving from Chicago to Arizona. After touring 15 apartment complexes, he chose Gilbert Town Commons. Justin Benjamin was his leasing consultant and did a phenomenal job from the initial property tour throughout the entire application process and final move in. I want to give a shout out to Marcos, he is one of the maintenance men in my Apartment complex, He came and fixed my garbage disposal and changed out filters for me. He was nice and FAST. I was able to get to work on time.. The new management, office staff, and the other maintenance employees, are all accommodating and efficient. All of them work together in turning this apartment complex and my home into a enjoyable place to live.
