Not a great place to live, my patio furniture was stolen, the gate is always broken so anyone can come in. People always taking our assigned parking spots, which I had to pay extra for. and worst of all I was assaulted in the parking lot coming back from the mail room. They really need night security here. Ants in the apartment, pest control never showed up. The list could go on forever. Would never recommend living here.
The maintenance staff at Town City Center is very responsive and helpful. Around 7 pm I got home and left a message regarding my air conditioner not working. About 3 minutes later Carlos called me back. By 8:15 he was here checking it out. He made sure it worked so I could sleep. He even came to check the next morning around 7:15 a.m - it was not working again and he worked all day to fix it. I came home in the evening and it was fixed - the next morning again he came to check. Thank you, Carlos.
I've lived here for 2 years and today Noel showed me how great the place is to live. There are keys to the tennis courts and today for some odd reason, the keys didn't work. Noel came out and immediately tried the keys himself and then immediately called maintenance to find spare keys. This was all resolved in less than 10 minutes. This is unheard of in most large apartment complexes as they simply don't care.
