Excellent throughout! I am extremely pleased with the attention I received by Doctor Marc Lussier, and the entire staff of Town Center Surgery. The procedures were performed perfectly and with much less pain than anticipated, which was amazing and shocking in a very good way. The results and the post-operative care are outstanding. I can honestly recommend Town Center Surgery to anyone because they earned my trust.
Very sloppy work for a plastic surgeon I was attracted to Dr. Lussier's office by his ads in local publications back in 2007 because I needed some help with my physical features. However, because my experience was below my expectations, I'm writing this in hopes to warn current and future patients of this doctor. Cares more about the money then the care I saw Dr. Lussier for bad cat bites on my hand. He was referred to me by the local ER. At first, he was very attentive and thorough. I had an infection and nerve damage that would most likely need surgery. However, when he was unsure whether or not my insurance would pay for the surgery, he refused to see me. Beyond my expectations! After several consultations, my husband and I went to see Dr. Lussier. Everything from the phone call to the office visit was above and beyond anything I experiened at any other physicians I consulted with. Great Doctor and office staff My experience with Dr. Lussier and his staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. My aftercare went well Dr. Lussier called me everyday to check on me. I would and will recommend this office to friends and family.
Great Bed side manner Dr. Lussier puts you at ease the minute he walks into the room. Have heard nothing but good things about him from many different people. My daughter is going to have some work done and I was very skeptical and worried, after meeting Dr. Lussier I'm very confident she will be in good hands.
