Long wait times. No appointments available for months. If you call with a sick child they just tell you to go to urgent care... unbelievably bad.
We had such a wonderful experience at Town Center Pediatrics! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was kind, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put us at ease. Registration was quick and easy and we were able to schedule our daughter’s next few appointments in advance. We were triaged and brought back to a room very quickly, which I really appreciated. My daughter absolutely adores her PCP at Town Center Pediatrics. She completed a comprehensive exam and made a number of referrals that reached out to me within 24-48 hrs for scheduling follow-ups. A huge shout out to Ms. Alyse and Ms. Maureen!! They made my daughter feel comfortable with getting her shot. They moved in quick and she didn't have time to remember that she had received her shot. We are looking forward to upcoming visits with the CHKD Team.
