We have been going to this practice for over 16 years. 3 Children later... our doctor retires and they create a rule (without telling us) that we need to get a new doctor within one year or we are now "new patients" and they are closed to new patients. No warning. This is after battling to get sick appointments, being put on hold, always being sent to urgent care. I used to recommend this place. No more.

I’ve been bringing my family to this practice for 8 years and have always appreciated the doctors, but I’ve reached my limit with the office staff. When it comes to my toddler, the office is always on top of scheduling his appointments and sending reminders. Unfortunately, that same attention and care has never been shown for my 8-year-old. My son has been without his medication for over a week, despite the automatic refill system being in place and all necessary steps having been taken to ensure timely refills. While two of his three medications were successfully refilled, the third has not been, and the pharmacy has not recieved a response from the office. My son has been out of his crucial medication for a week now. Doctors office was supposed to have the prescription sent to the pharmacy last week. We have been trying to get a hold of someone at the office for a WEEK now and keep being told we'll get a call back. My wife has tried, I have tried, and the pharmacy has tried reaching them. We have been told on 3 occasions now that we'll receive a call back from them and have yet to receive the call. They scheduled an appointment after cancelling my appointment in my face for being 1 min late from standing in line and they considered ncns. After leaving work and making ny daughter late for school they said I was dismissed. Iam so irritated. Do not recommend here.
