I am extremely happy with my decision to move here. All my neighbors are friendly, there’s trails, parks, grocery stores or coffee shops just a short walk away. Most of all, I am so happy with the management and maintenance team here. Timur is helpful, personable, and he sincerely cares about the property, his staff and the tenants. Maintenance were able to finished my work order within a day
Everything is great, thank you very much. The only things pending are the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom and the window screen in the living room.
Edit 20240120.2217: making some changes in light of recent events. Also notice how the owner didn't bother leaving a comment on my initial review lmao Overall, the unit I lived in was pretty solid. The cabinets in the kitchen only fell off a few times, and I could only hear my neighbors stomping above me if they wore dense worker boots and let their feet fall uncontrollably with each step.
