Timur and the whole team at rowen is amazing. Me and my wife had a great experience in this community and the office truly cares about the residents and community. Couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a place to live.
Had a tour scheduled at this complex, and I recieved my confirmation email 2 hours before and I showed up and the office was closed. On the door it stated they would be back at 1:45, the tour was scheduled for 2pm. I arrived at 1:50 with no one in sight. I of course waited around in case they were running a bit late. However no one answered the phone, and no one showed up for my scheduled tour. Felt HIGHLY unprofessional. I am extremely happy with my decision to move here. All my neighbors are friendly, there’s trails, parks, grocery stores or coffee shops just a short walk away. Most of all, I am so happy with the management and maintenance team here. Timur is helpful, personable, and he sincerely cares about the property, his staff and the tenants. Flori is kind and trustworthy, and I very much appreciate his eagerness to fix anything needed in my unit in a timely manner.
