Timur and is team are a pleasure to work with. Friendly staff and really prioritizes their residents. Highly recommend Rowen apartments.
We have lived here since December and I genuinely feel like this is the only place I have rented an apartment from where the management actually cares about it's residents and how to make them happier. We love it here.
The place is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The service is good, everything is handled promptly and professionally. Special thanks to manager Timur for his attentive and helpful approach. Overall, a solid choice and I’m pleased with my stay.
