Edit 20240120.2217: making some changes in light of recent events. Also notice how the owner didn't bother leaving a comment on my initial review lmao Overall, the unit I lived in was pretty solid. The cabinets in the kitchen only fell off a few times, and I could only hear my neighbors stomping above me if they wore dense worker boots and let their feet fall uncontrollably with each step. Great tour, Clay was very helpful with all my questions I had. The apartment complex and unit was nice!
It's reasonably quiet and next to a nice park within easy walking to transit and shops. No apartment is perfect so I was tempted to give 4 stars, but since the only flaw I can think of is the pool and gym need an upgrade, I'll leave 5 stars since they are currently in the process of a remodel in those areas.
Relocated here from Arizona. Office staff were helpful. Nice area, cool parks and river close by.
