This place was perfect for me. I visit family regularly. The staff was so accommodating with access to the gym. They are exceptional. In my mind I think about comparisons to some chain gyms I worked out at in the past. Your team and management are great! My favorite part is there was enough leg day tools to get me limping out of there😁. Thank you.
I have been here 4 times in the past 3 weeks trying to pay my physical therapy bill and everytime no one is at the front desk. After waiting 10-20 minutes, I eventually get told by a staff member that only 1 guy knows how to do the bill pay stuff and that he is either not working that day or just went on lunch break. I loved my physical therapist, but the front desk staff are incompetent and I am tired of wasting my time trying to pay a bill!!!
