They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to pay for parking! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
