Don't do it. They'll let someone with 3 large aggressive dogs move in above you and after not sleeping at night because of the noise and having the dogs jump on me I complain and 2 months later I still can't sleep.. thank 1000$ a month to live like this.. PS it violates the contract to have large breeds above someone. Walls are paper thin. Poor design putting stairs on the other side of bedroom walls. Poor management. But the apartments are nice but not 1000$ a month for 1 bed nice..
