RecommendedThis is a quiet, well maintained property with a diverse mixture of singles, couples, and family units. Convenient to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants.
I loved living here (it was clean and quiet and well maintained) but unfortunately I was given the wrong information about moving out, and I apparently now owe an entire month’s rent that no one told me about. Management also changed 3-4 times while I was living here. If you decide to move here please get everything and every conversation about anything financial in writing. I have a call in to Cress management and I am hoping they will resolve this for me so I can increase my star rating (I really did like living here while... read more
Beautiful property. Huge floor plans. Blue Valley school district.
Overall this place is great! Management is always very courteous. Maintenance staff fixes issues in a timely manner. Property is always kept very clean. I really like it here!
