The appointment started right on time, and the doctor was waiting for me in his exam room. We went through a series of tests quickly and efficiently, and the doctor explained the significance of each one of them to me, showing me pictures and charts. A real professional with who is also friendly and down-to-earth.
This review pertains to Dr. Ngo. He is a great doctor , his calm demeanor, bedside manner is a idea attribute in a doctor. His front end staff has always been fast and efficient when I simply needed to renew my contact lens prescription. I’m glad he has a second location closer to me now, Before I would drive to the South Bay for my annual check up.
This review is for doctor Quoc Ngo. He is an excellent optometrist and is very pleasant and professional. He told me I have astigmatism on both my eyes. I've seen another doctor before who couldn't figure out what is wrong with the contact lenses she prescribed me and why it kept shifting around my eyes; even after ordering different prescriptons contact lenses, and why my prescription glass is blurry.
