The staff is great, I like that they text you to remind you of your appointments and how much they care about you as a person and patient.
The staff here has great "bed side manner" which is what I like most about the facility.
When we take our fur buddy to see Dr. Pete at Town & Country, they are always very quick with getting him back in for his appointment. I really appreciate that.
Dr. Pete is awesome. No matter what is going on with my cats, he can always thoroughly explain the situation to him, and how to care for them at home.
I have been taking dogs that I own to this clinic since 1973. They have been taken care of here for anything you could imagine. I am so glad to have them available and on my side.
I like that Town and Country Vet Clinic does a points and rewards system when you go in for appointments. I like that you get points to towards the pet dental clinic.
What I like the most about Town & Country is the diligence of the staff members. They are quick with paperwork to keep appointments running on time and they even follow up after you have left the office. I appreciate each team member there.
I love that the staff at Town and Country Vet Clinic always take the time to really explain what is going on with my pet's health. If there are any issues they want to make sure I know how to properly treat them at home.
I take my cats to Town and Country Veterinary Clinic, LLC to get their teeth cleaned. Everyone there is very good to them.
