He could do a little better responding to text messages but over all he was great. I got an even better deal than what I was looking for and I’ve been looking for almost a year now. RecommendedI have brought two cars from here and they take care of me every time. It is always amazing customer service. The manager ALEX went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when he didn’t have too. I don’t even live in Charlotte but because of the experience I will travel anytime I need a vehicle. I would give them 100 stars out of 10. Now I can enjoy my new vehicle.
