Be aware of the 10 minute grace period for arriving late. They are cut throat. We were turned away when we arrived at 1:41 pm for a 1:30 pm appointment time with our newborn. Packing up a newborn and getting the timing with feeds, diapers, and sleep is difficult. We asked for some understanding given their grace period is 10 minutes and we were 11 minutes late. Clinic staff here are not understanding people. Looking for somewhere else for our care.
We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Tessler (our primary pediatrician) and other doctors as well. The entire staff is responsive and friendly.
