This was my first time here for an oil change. The front desk staff was very professional and very nice. They're very honest and prompt of what's going on your car. I loved their digital details inspection report,you can view photos and help you to have an idea whats going on inside of your car. Definitely ill recommend them to my friends,colleagues,acquaintances and family.👍😊
Highly recommend Town and Country Auto Repair Eldersburg. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and they get the work done promptly. I appreciate their online system that allows you to check what was done with your car, and they share photos of your car. Full transparency and trust! The shop is also very nice and love that it has a small town feel.
Had my first Town & Country Auto experience and found Ken & Jay to be extremely professional and knowledgeable and they kept me informed all the way through the repair process. The location is great too, if I can't get a ride it's close enough to walk. 5 Stars!
