RecommendedWe took our car to Town and Country for the first time this week. It needed a lot of work, and they did a great job very quickly! It was a pleasure to work with Service Advisor Bil Dooley, who quickly let us know what needed to be done, and kept us informed along the way. Thanks to our Technician Rob Roys our Infiniti is now running great! Great service with a warranty is hard to find. I highly recommend them for all of your auto service, thank you Mark and Patty!
Friendly and courteous staff....great service and communication. I usually do the work myself but it was too cold!! They actually text pictures of any problems. All work was done correct and in reasonable time. Happy with the service (a little grease on the front carpet) but we will definitely use again!
thanks to T/C Auto for help on my grandsons car. I appreciate Bill, Rob, and team for thorough diagnostics and work to repair valve gasket and few other things.
We started bringing our cars to Town and Country because of the convenient location and have continued to have our cars serviced there because they are honest, have reasonable pricing, and are accommodating with appointments. I think I changed my last service appointment 3 times or so and Bill at the service desk was kind and accommodating. Technician Rob did a thorough 60,000 mile inspection and service so I should be good to go for awhile.
Stopped by to have tires checked because tire light came on and quickly brought it in to look at all tires - no nails but they topped all tires with air and “happy holidays.” From the service man explaining to me what he did and Jay walking in from the parking lot wishing me a Merry Christmas to me and my family. All staff TOP NOTCH!! I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!! Bill - thank you!!!

The service manager, Bill Dooley, was very helpful in getting my appointment scheduled. Judd, who did the inspection and the work on my car was efficient and knowledgeable. Last, but not least, Jay at the reception/check out desk was friendly and gave great personal service. Thanks to all for the work you did. It's like having a new car! :)
The service was efficient with great rates! Easy to get an appointment with super friendly staff(Brett & Bill). Would definitely recommend to friends.
