We had our pet put down and then out for cremation. Our pet came back in a cracked and warped box. They said they would send back for replacement. Asked to keep our pets remains so we could take them home. They said yes but when we got there to pick them up they had sent them back with the damaged box. We just wanted our pet home again. Someone should have called us or do a much better job of communicating with their staff. Just making a difficult more difficult.

My dog needed an abscess drained and they got him in literally immedately. No one even got annoyed with him when he tried to act tough and barked almost constantly.

My German Shepherd got a bone stuck on her bottom jaw. I ran her in and it was off in no time. The staff of Town and Country are always welcoming and their prices are reasonable. They treat my pets very well and they are always ready to help. Thanks Town and Country!!!
