obviously they care more about money than helping animals. how r u going to turn away a poor cat who's having a horrible time delivering her kittens, just because the owner doesn't have all the money up front. IT'S JUST HORRIBLE AND I WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD. i have friends that come to your clinic, but not for long I'm sure. if u love your pets, take them somewhere, anywhere but here.
Two bit operation. Wife has been taking our bogs here for a while. was actually in a few weeks ago with both dogs. I call with an emergency today and they can't find our name In the system? over 20 minutes on hold, incompetent staff. Why would I trust my animals with you people. Never again and I will surely make it known how incompetent you are.

First time there unfortunately I had to put my beloved dog Rex (he was a pit bull) down after being together for 12 years. They were very caring and kind with us and him I really appreciate everything they have done for us. We had him cremated and picked him up today. They had him in a very nice wooden box with a card and his foot print for us. Thank you to the doctor and staff for your kindness in this difficult time.
