I had such a disappointing experience with T&C’s alterations. I paid over $400 for absolutely nothing except awful customer service and awful alterations. When I took the dress back after the first fitting & set of alterations due to such rude customer service, everything has to be redone. The hem looked like a child cut it - completely uneven and not fully tacked where It should’ve been. Truly disappointing and unacceptable for such an established bridal boutique.
