I went to try on dresses at Town and Country Bridal in July. I had a wonderful experience in the salon, however, the followup has been terrible. It has not been almost 4 months since I went to the store and I have not received a followup call or email. The stylist was supposed to email me the name of the dress and designer, but I never received it. I called three times about it and still have not received the information. My experience at Town and Country Bridal was excellent. The staff members are friendly and patient. The area was clean and very organized. Not to mention the dresses are GORGEOUS.. — with Natalie DuBois Faucheaux.
Oh my goodness, I am so pleased with my entire experience! Jess did an outstanding job. She pulled dresses that fit my needs AND wants perfectly! My dress ended up being one that I didn’t think I would like, but she new exactly what I wanted. Loved it!! Please please request her. She was so amazing ❤️
