I love San Carlos, it was my home for 32 years. Too bad we didn't have restaurants like town 21 years ago. It's so refreshing to get such personalized service. I was at town in November and one of the owners, Frank introduced himself to my friend and I. He wanted to know about our dining experience, which was fantastic. It's a very relaxing atmosphere, very similar to Rutherford Grill in the Napa Valley, but quieter. I was at town again yesterday and Frank remembered me, which I thought was so nice! My first, but not my last, visit to Town was wonderful. The prime rib was perfect, as was the Chilean Bass, and the New York steak my table mates had. The drinks, and my Cab, were perfect. Outside, under warm blankets, and heaters was wondrous... the place was abuzz with folks. Our server was great! All in all a great evening!
