I think it is very important to address little/pending issues before they become bigger ones, and your willingness to take the time to bring the situation to my attention is much appreciated.

First time I had work done in my mouth, other than cleanings, since Dr. Towler (a.k.a. Dr. Mike) took over the practice. The procedure went well. Dr. Mike is gentle and explains what he's doing while he works. He's polite and professional too.
