This management company is one of the worst in the city. My parents condo had some issues in January of this year and the manager for their address Heather Laurencelle does not reply back to e-mails or phone calls. She bluntly lies. It has taken over 10 months for them to make incomplete repairs. I would be ware of any building being managed by this group. DO NOT BUY A CONDO managed by Towers Realty.
Caretaker was very disrespectful and racist towards me .One-day I was coming from my night job she started scream racist slurs at me . I address her on the last day of my inspection report she rip off the toilet seat then stating that is damage . When I was using it was in great condition .I just want to warn people . Please be careful where you rent .It might be your worst nightmare.
Diana, the property manager, is incredibly responsible. She promised to take care of the building repairs, and she executed them flawlessly!
