Old woman that answers the phone is beyond disrespectful. I called to inquire on some electrical work on behalf of an elderly resident that was formerly managed by this company, I did not know that, but she was so rude. She kept cutting me off and talking over me. This company needs to train employees on proper customer service etiquette.
Ben has been absolutely amazing! He answers every question I have and gets back to me through email. We have even had some emergencies and he has jumped on the ball to get our neighborhood taken care of. Thank you Ben and fellow workers
Unfortunately I’m an owner in one of their managed communities. Chris is our ‘representative’ and deletes emails to avoid having to face the fact he doesn’t respond to community members unless they threaten to withhold HOA dues. They are miserable to work with and if your community is considering using them - DONT. Unless you want dead grass, weeds everywhere, and visible algae growth all over the walls of your community.
Unfortunately this year our HOA directives choose to hire this company who has already showed their poor knowledge in their field and unwillingness to provide support to homeowners who paid for their salaries. Not even a year later, homeowners are now finding a way to fire this company from management. This company took over our condo complex recently and raised dues without notifying us. We received mail addressed to the previous owners who had not lived there in months, which we did not open as it would have been illegal to do so. After missing our scheduled automatic payment, I reached out to Ben to see what was going on and it was brought up that we may receive mail with the wrong name on it.
