I have been asking them to check my cooking range since it’s taking long for me to cook food. It’s been 3 months exactly today. Whenever I called the manager she keeps on saying I don’t know when maintenance guy will come. It’s 4th Tuesday today -and they didn’t showed up. I need to spend one and hour to make my food which usually takes half hour.
I’ve been going downstairs for the past couple of days to speak with the manager, but there’s never anyone there. The new manager hasn’t shown up in her office at all—literally not even once. Today, I went down five times, and there’s not even a notice on the door. Honestly, this just feels like complete negligence and laziness from the staff.

I’ve had a leaking issue in my apartment fo now, and despite bringing it up multiple times, it hasn't been properly addressed. When I spoke to the manager, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses, and I even felt disrespected due to biased behavior. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments based on poor maintenance and unprofessional management. Stop being racist and admit your mistakes, this is not how hospitality works shame on you.
