I have been living here for 3 years and I am very happy with the management for this building. Just last weekend there was a problem with the plumbing and the response to my emails was quick and informative. The problem was fixed promptly and there is a plan to address any necessary repairs to the apartments damaged by the leak. It could have been horrible and instead it was just inconvenient. Kudos to the Property Manager!

If you value your sanity, your health, and your dignity, stay far away from this place. 1. Pest Hell: This building is crawling with bed bugs and rats. It’s like living in a horror movie. The management doesn’t care—multiple complaints have gone ignored, and the infestations are only getting worse. 2. Racist Manager: The manager here is blatantly racist and discriminatory.
