On saturday july 22, 2023 i parked my car in the parking lot at 9:30 pm. I was in the building 1 hour visiting my friend who is a resident. I came out an hour later and to my horror, my car had been towed away to providence.,,just that fast. Evidently they have a small sign nailed to a tree as you pull into the driveway which I missed seeing, that warns you will be towed if you park in the parking lot for any length of time, if you don’t have a permit sticker on your car. I ran up to my friends apartment in this public housing building East Tower, 75 East Ave.,Pawtucket, RI for less than an hour on Saturday july 22,23 at 9:30 pm for a 1 hour visit. I did not see tiny no parking sign posted to tree. They had my car towed away. Cost me $130 to get it back at 11 pm in Providence. Totally uncalled for!!!
