Terry is incredible. She puts the "REAL" in Realtor®. She not only listens to you, she hears you! I was never shown a house out of my price range or one that wouldn't meet my needs. Do not hesitate to hire her. You can trust her!!!
I started working with Terry Nanney in December 2020. I have bought and sold 3 properties through her. She is personable, friendly, honest and will be real with you if there are red flags with a property. She will go out of her way to investigate all aspects of the experience to make your purchase a less stressful one. She never pushes a sale just to make a sale.
